Supervising marketing communications for the department, including launching the Cultural Center and its activities as well as others at the Daley Center, and satellite facilities to introduce a new civic cultural institution. Producing a weekly cable television program on the arts, edited and supervised production for planning documents as well as editing major catalogues for exhibitions, and leading and launching a new identity and branding campaign for the department. Also planning and policy for the department, and liaison to the mayor's press office for speechwriting and crisis communications.
